The incumbent in this position as the company’s Sales coordinator will be responsible for Cloud & Cyber Security Business.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities
- Building business relationships with NEW clients
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow new customers.
- Fixing client meetings, and webinars.
- Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs), by working jointly with other team members.
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients.
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, etc.
- Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using SALES FORCE software.
- Plan approaches and pitches.
